A virtual tour is either a video tour of a property that makes you feel like you are there, where you simply watch the video I produced of the property -- or it’s a 360 virtual tour done with a special camera called a Matterport that scans the entire house in 3D and lets visitors tour the home virtually from any location.
Yes I have had my FAA Part 107 drone license for almost 4 years and have hundreds of hours of drone piloting experience.
I don’t have packages but I bundle my services together to make them more affordable. I do real estate photography, drone photos and video, real estate video tours and Matterport 360 virtual tours. When I’m onsite I can do anything so I’m always able to give you the most for your money.
Almost 99.9% of the time, when I do a shoot, you get the photos and video the same day, normally by early evening.
