In the last two days I’ve had 2 different brides contact me saying they can not get a hold of their wedding photographer and they were getting very worried. I’m here to tell you that is not normal.
All my clients know if you need to get a hold of me expect a 1-5 minute return time. If I’m at a wedding I will get back to you during a break or later after I’m done at the wedding. If it’s been more then several hours or 24 hours there is no excuse for that. I’m not sure what kind of business other people are running out there but they are giving the legit photographers a bad name. One bride has waited 3 months and no contract from the photographer?? WHAT!!! If you email me requesting a contract your going to get a contract 5 minutes later. My question is who are these so called professional photographers? What it does is reassure me that I’ll always have one of the top businesses around because I’ll never do these things to my clients.
